MISSION STATEMENT
The Wisconsin County Clerks Association is organized for the purpose of furthering the
interests and concerns of County Clerks and County Government, in particular:
• To improve the operation of the County Clerk’s Office and CountyGovernment;
• To provide a means of support and opportunities to disseminate information and exchange ideas to assist members of the Association (WCCA) in fulfilling their duties and responsibilities as County Clerks;
• To provide an awareness of the advantages of cooperation and the value of joint action in accomplishing mutual goals;
• To educate members of the WCCA as to their responsibilities and opportunities for service to the general public; and
• To keep the Legislators informed of our needs as County Clerks and to assist the legislators in developing sound legislation that affects County Clerks andcounty government by providing accurate and useful information.
The Wisconsin County Clerk's Association is made up of an Executive Board of 5 officers and 8 District Chairs as well as several Committees. The WCCA was formed in 1951 and is over 75 members strong.
